I don't know what you all are complaining about with Mark W. Everson's job with the IRS. At least the IRS has let-up a little on collection enough that taxpayers have not been committing suicide like in past years.

Since it was Everson who brought privatization to the IRS Collection activity, maybe the job of Commissioner could be privatized.

Let's privatize auditors too. We could each have a franchise area and work on a percentage of the collections. Then Jesus will come back and have a dinner party with us.

it's optional. "If you were paid to prepare this return and are not an employee that is filing this return, you may choose to fill out part 8."

Also, if you do fill that part out and you're doing it on paper, then the client won't get a package next quarter.
