    Since it was Everson who brought privatization to the IRS Collection activity, maybe the job of Commissioner could be privatized.

        I think you may have a great idea!

        Let's privatize auditors too. We could each have a franchise area and work on a percentage of the collections. Then Jesus will come back and have a dinner party with us.

            Also, if you do fill that part out and you're doing it on paper, then the client won't get a package next quarter.
