Never a problem here, either
with enclosing trades in the form of a schedule D1 with the 8453. In fact this year there
is a block to check if I recall correctly.
just make sure the statement is in the same table format as the D1.ChEAr$,

As long as the substitute document is formated like the Sch D-1 (like a spreadsheet) this document does NOT need to accompany the tax return but the document NEEDS to be in the file. Netted out ST gains/losses and LT gains/losses need to be entered into Sch D. Then the taxpayer can efile his tax return w/o refund delays if applicable?Comment
