more rejects
I have had 2 rejects so far this season and none in the preceding 8 years. The first was for a couple whose return I have done for 4 years. The reject reason was the spouse's ssn was used on another return. Ended up mailing that one. The second reject was for the EIN on a 1099R not matching the IRS Master file. I entered it correctly compared to the 1099. The message says to contact the IRS to see what they have on record. Anyone know what number to call?
