When I file a tax return with Form 8283, can the pin be used or will I have to send in Form 8453 with Form 8283 attached. Things are a little fussy right now.

For those returns that I just fill out Section A, Part I and no appraisals are required, I use F8879 with Practitioner Pin. But my understanding is that part(s) of this form require appraisal & signatures -- that I believe required Form 8453.
