Fujitsui S500
I'm kinda "bummed". I bought a used Xerox Documate 510 on ebay, and spent the entire day trying to get it to work. For some reason, my computer simply won't recognize the drivers. I'm getting an error message on the scanner that there's some sort of problem, but don't know what it is. Xerox wasn't any help. So...I'm hoping the seller is honest enough to accept a return. I'll gladly pay the return shipping costs, rather than be out $200. But...with my luck I'm probably "stuck" with it. After reading the strings here, I ordered a new Fujitsui S500 from an online dealer called CTI. The cost is $348 after a $50 rebate with free shipping. I'm disappointed it doesn't have twain, but for a paperless office it should be fine. I'm just starting a new practice. So, now is the time to go paperless...I'll probably have very few returns this year. I'm new to the area, and advertising and flyers honestly don't gather many clients.
