Support Test for Qualifying Child
So, to make sure I understand - if child is receiving SSDI, then the monies received would be considered supplied by child and we would have to look at who is supplying more than 50% of support, but if child is receiving SSI, then the monies received would be considered supplied by a third party and being supplied by a third party, the support test would not come into play. Do I have this correct??
