Got to IRS.gov - forms & publications and there is a area to go to prior year forms all the way back to 1992.

Or you can go to

Google and type in 2005 form 941. This will bring you right to it.

I did try the prior year forms, but it brings up the 941 as modified on 011006, the 2006 form.

They'll process it. It's no problem. I've done it several times and it went through okay.
