I believe you just need to speak with your client and understand the $$ earned.
Based on what I see, I believe box 7 amount should be reported in box 1 as well. What I interpret here is that your client worked 40 weeks for $640 week. Clearly I believe the form was not completed correctly, but that isn't your issue since you did not file it. Your goal is to report the correct amount and only your client can tell you what that is....hopefully.Leave a comment:
