I have 2 clients who have contacted me indicating that they have received Advanced Child Tax Credit payments, specifically received in August and September, but nothing for October. Upon questioning - they are utilizing direct deposit, there have been no changes to the account / bank, no change made by client on their end (such as unenrolling), but no payment. Anyone else getting calls with a similar experience? If so, do you have any insight on what is happening?
