Does anyone know of another way to update your password other than calling their 800#? I have been trying for 4 days and keep getting the message that they can not take the request now and try calling back later.
Today, I logged in with old password, change password screen appeared, made the change and logged in - just transmitted my 1st 1099 Client for the year
Log in using the old password, change password and then login in again with new password.
It worked for us.
My old password had apparently had expired, but I could not login so I did not see another way to get the password updated other than calling the 800#. Sorry I did not make that clear on my post.
