I have a client who is calling me everyday wanting to know the status of his refund. E-filed return was accepted on Feb 13th. I checked Sun, Mon and this Tues morning and IRS still does not have it according to Where's my refund and the site says wait at least 24 hours after e-file acceptance. Is it just to early?

Why checking so early ?
Well, since you are dealing with a weekend and also Monday was a federal holiday, it may have been extremely counterproductive to keep checking.
For a federal tax return that was not even efiled until Feb 13th, why is ANYONE (especially yourself!!!) wasting any time now to track down a refund??
Even if there are absolutely no problems with the return, you are (currently) dealing with far less than a week, and only a couple of business days, since the original submission.
I would nicely tell the client that processing of refunds is not instantaneous, unless he perhaps wants a "loan" arrangement from a store-front tax office, and give him the contact information to check for himself. Otherwise, I would keep track of his incoming calls and add about $25 to his tab for each call.
This is a problem you should NOT have! Maybe consider putting something in your client cover letter about "normal" processing times for refunds, etc??
