Hello all. I'm looking for relatively inexpensive ways to save on client's copies of tax returns. I am trying to go as paperless as possible too. I still have the clients that want the folder with pockets and a paper copy, etc. I have asked clients, and most respond positively, when I ask them if they would rather just have an electronic copy.
I checked into CD-Rs, but my goodness, the ones with the labels are not cheap ($2 a piece!!). I thought about a flash drive but the clients (like me) probably will misplace those little things. A few clients, this year, told me just to send them a PDF of the return.
Anyone here all paperless and do you have any tips? TIA.
