I'm still researching this. If a business is located in one county of NC, and the items are stored in another county in NC, what county property tax is it listed on?

The property is listed on the property tax form for the county in which it is physically located.

Sorry, I don't know how to make the sales tax change.
I think I'd start by just writing them a letter requesting the change.
