I know that a general POA has to specifically state that it covers tax matters, does a court ordered Letter of Guardianship also have to have specific verbiage that it covers tax matters?

Nevermind, it looks like under state law a guardian is a type of POA for medical reasons so it doesn't speak to tax issues at all.
