update is needed for Taxbook 1040 page 3-1.
Under New for 2012, it says "As of the date of printing, these provisions had not yet been
extended for the 2012 tax year." The new law extends the educator expense deduction and the tuition and fees
deduction for tax years 2012 and 2013.
