Applying for the IA I entered the direct debit account information. IRS messed things up and agent told me to mail in the direct debit info again. I was trying to find a form for this but could not.
Other options would be to write a letter or use IA form again, which I am hesitant to do unless I put in only account info and personal info. Still IRS might get confused more. What would you do?
