Where's the New Tax Law Course?

I remember when ordering the New Tax Law Course, and recently when the Ethics Course was delivered, I was informed that the New Tax Law Course would start to be shipped out November 1. It's now November 10th.

So far I've sent out two e-mails to TTB in requesting where is it and have not received a reply. If there's a delay in getting the course out - for whatever reason - I feel that TTB should send e-mail notification out to those who ordered the course.
