--> here I thought a taco was a just a taco -- turns out sum'uv'em are a trip. Shoot, they've thought'a stuff which may not even be from this planet (kinda makes your lip curl up):
1. Chocolate Lobster Taco
2. Blue Corn Cuban Taco
3. Sour Orange BBQ'd Salmon Taco with Red Cabbage Slaw and Smoked Chile Sauce
4. ...you get the idea... <----
Bart: Reminds me of two experiences:
1) Many, many years ago I was in a Mexican restaurant in Texas and at the time had never seen a blue corn tortilla chip. There sat two of them on my plate, and I spent the better part of the meal trying to figure out whether I was supposed to eat them or if somebody back in the kitchen had made a really bad mistake. The dim light in the place didn't add to my ability to figure this out on my own. Turns out my dinner companion was having the same problem but neither of us wanted to be embarrassed by asking.
2) Chocolate with any sort of meat may not sound so appetizing, but it's great if it's prepared right. The chocolate needs to be slightly burned and there can be 30 or more ingredients in the mole, with a half-dozen or more chiles.
