Get this, I faxed the form to the IRS while they are on the phone. They received it and then allowed me to discuss my clients 2006 tax return. Couple weeks later my client receives a copy of their POA stating the Tax Preparer (me) was suppose to complete and sign part 2. In part 2 it seems "h" would apply to me but "g" may also apply since the taxpayer is my "in laws".
This "jurisdiction" is rather confusing though it mentions "state". I prepare tax returns in all 50 states so what does the IRS want in that box?
