    D. You forgot that the government defines things in a manner that is inconsistent with the English language. As in

    What color is a green card? (Off pink)
    Does a qualifying relative have to be a relative? (No)
    Do you have to be older than your qualifying child in 2008? (No)
    Do you have to be older than your qualifying child in 2009? (Yes)

    Only taught the AARP TCE preparers' course this year.

        PTIN , not PIN, got it thank you

        Thank you, I believe this is a better way I should have put it. I use the same PTIN on the 941 signiture area, as I use on the 1040 signiture area. Electronic filing PIN's have nothing to do with this post. Correct?
