IMG Codes - Administrator?

Is there any way for the Admin to turn on the IMG Codes?

I don't know what IMG Codes are so obviously they are of no importance

I imagine what he's talking about is the ability to display images in your post. Say for example I wanted to show the image of a weird W-2 (with my clients info all blanked out ofcourse!) with img tags I could include an image of it in my post.

However at the same time it's a highly abused item. Popular for spam to use an image to advertise their product. If in 2009 you have to enter the code from TTB to get post privileges though that probably wouldn't be much of an issue.
