    Tuition and Fees Deduction

    Does anyone know if this deduction has been extended to 2008?

      It is in HR 6049 along with other typical extenders.

          HR 6049 has not yet been signed into law. Even if it does pass, the extension is for just one year through the end of 2008.

              Just read on CNN Money that the House has passed it but I understood it would be for more than one year. taxea
              Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
