    This has been an interesting thread. Of course, I've been playing the "devils advocate" to some extent. I'm confused. It appears their marketing and operations has gotten worse since my visit several years ago and they've been collecting advance fees and not providing quality services. My guess is we'll still see JKH advertising and operating "business as usual". I noticed the settlement was June 08, and I'm still seeing the same old advertising. I still wonder what the result of the raid of their HQ prior to my visit was and can't find anything about it.

        My friend's case WAS several years ago. What you were shown apparently was not what went on as far as the sales and billings went.

            I didn't observe their sales/billing procedures, only the operations side.
