    Do we have to deposit the checks into our bank account today?

    Our operating budget is about 9 million. We received $100 this morning. Do we have to deposit the checks into our bank account today? Do you think CPA firm will include this in our audit findings if we deposit next week?

    This is a tax board not an audit board. Nevertheless, there are such things as journal entries and that amount of money is immaterial.
