New housing bill and Section 121

Anybody know of a good "primer" on the new housing bill, specifically the parts that pertain to the new housing tax credit and the changes to Section 121? Is/has TTB come out with a synopsis of the new rules? I'm sure they'll be covered in the 2008 version, but want to bulk up. How soon might some CPE be available for this, if it's not already available?

TTB posted their analysis of the Housing bill on 9/6/08. You should be able to access this through the "Tax Authority Update Service" link at the top of the page. I believe you might need to be a subscriber to TTB and need your password included inside the back cover of your copy of TTB.

Again, the writers have done a wonderful job of taking what can be a difficult to understand subject and dumbed it down to the point where even I can grasp it.
