Deloitte's seminar on tax penalites

Thanks for the heads-up ... the one I going to be interested in listening to is the Tax Penalties in IRS Examinations on Tuesday August 26, 2008. It will be interesting if he brings anything up about the new push for Tax Preparer Penalties.

Unfortunately, it did touch on any new push for preparer penalites. It mostly centered on penalties against taxpayers. A lot about building a defense against TP penalty in tax court. Maybe more for tax attorneys than a preparer like myself.
