    Foreign Partnership

    I have a partnership the 1% shareholder is U.S. Citizen and the 99% shareholder is a Foreign Business (Australia). The partnership had a loss this year. I keep reading the instructions to questions 3 through 9 on page 2 and seem like I am chasing my tail.

    Does anyone have a good reference link or suggestions to help me complete this return?
