    New 5 month K-1 extension

    Just covered (briefly) on Tax Talk. Now 1065's only get a 5 month extension for K-1's (and I would assume the rest of the return?).

      In addition to 1065s. Makes sense. Always wondered why K-1s not required done before 1040s.

              March 15 due date

              I would rather see a March 15 due date for 1065's and 1041's.
