Client wants to set-up a scholarship fund in memory of recently deceased child. Client had attorney set up a corporation with secretary of state and acquire EIN. Client wants me to help fill out application for non-profit 501c3 status. Any advice on whether or not to tackle this? Any suggested resource materials or websites to help the process? Thanks.
