    This was in divorce papers of one of my client. What does it mean?

      Would need to read it in its entirety and not out of context to really attempt to answer your question. Did you ask the person who drafted the agreement?

          I'm guessing that once you read the divorce agreement, you'll find that at least one of the parties didn't think it was such a "bargain".
