    Minnesota and Tuition and Fees Deduction

    Just learned the MN legislature did not pick up the tuition and fees deduction, as well as the 250 educator expenses deduction for 2007. I have 3 MN amends to do (including my own) as I filed returns early - February and early March, before Pro Series had the courtesy to update. Just a heads up for Pro Series Users. Changing software for next year, I think.

    Anyone ever notice they beat the daylights out of the definition of a child, but they don't spend much time at all defining "parent"?

      ATX was not automatic early in tax season either.
