    credit for homeowner energy

    I just want to double check my reading.
    The credit for "Homeowner Energy Efficiency Improvements" is not a credit for 2005 tax return.
    The homeowner would have to do the improvements in 2006 and 2007 to qualify. Is this correct or am I missing something?
