    Tax credit-off highway use for boat

    Have the rules changed after 2006 for this credit. Client received letter from IRS disallowing claim for $75.00. They say refunds under $750.00 are not allowed. I'm looking for code section!

      If not a fishing vessel, it is moot. IRC 6421(e)(2)(B).
