Can someone help me?
I thout my defaulted student loan was canceled because of my permanent disability,
as I have social security disability permanent status of mental and physical ddisabilty.
I get very confused and my memory is poor. i dont understand the websites infomration
and get confused oevrwhlemed anxioius to the point of incapaictaion and haev to
lay down. I thought I filed papers to cancel debt but now do not knwo what happened,.
My husband (of only six months) knew nothing about this, and now has had his tax refund witheld because of my debt. how can we remedy this? I need help canceling my outstanding debt and also help with releasing my hsuband from liability since it is not his fault.
I don't even ahve any paper work regarding that loan anymore.
