After the first of the year ('09') IRS is coming out with this new form. It's a stand-alone (file by itself) form to replace the old 941c -- the corrections form which had to be filed along with a quarterly report. Very handy I suppose, except that I almost never use those things. But anyway, you may now consider yourself up-to-date.

Form 941x
Thanks Bart for the info.
It is about time IRS developed a 941X rather than the dreaded 941C form. For those of us that prepare payroll/reports, it should make our reporting easier.
I have a 941C that I have to complete which involves 4 quarters of adjustments, ugh!
It seems the 941X will not be available until 2009, at which time they will also revise the form 941.
