Extension filed- hold on stimulus rebate?

    Extension filed- hold on stimulus rebate?

    Does anyone know- if a client filed an extension return and paid the estimates, is the rebate held until the final return is filed??

      Yes, there is a hold on the rebate. Until the tax return is filed no rebate will be issued.
