    To register or not to register?

    Currently I have a 2nd income that I generate from my eBay auctions on a monthly basis. Would I need to register as a business with the state and IRS in order to file taxes or could I just report this on my annual individual tax return? I don't really see my eBay thing as a business rather its just another source of income.
