I kept on trying to get transcripts in eservices with no luck. So I called the CAF folks to make sure I had a 8821 on file. They said yes. So I tried again blah still not working. Called Tax Practioner Hotline and found out I was using my PTIN for my CAF. I guess I have been using the PTIN for everything on tax returns to my EA Exam I completely forgot I had a CAF number. Thankfully it was on file and I am getting the transcripts. But I feel like a goof
