    Attorney Fees for Guardianship

    Can Attorney fees for appointing a Guardian for the taxpayer be deductible to the taxpayer?

    My software under Ln 23 of Sch A "other exps", has "certain attorney and accting fees".

    Would these Attorney fees fall under this?
