Form 1065 Distribution of Property

In Form 1065 there is a question about 'the distribution of property'. A partnership gave only a cash payment to the partners during the year and nothing else. Is the cash payment considered 'distribution of property'?

Schedule K, line 19a is for distributions of cash.

Schedule K, line 19b is for distributions of property.

To answer your question: No; a cash distribution is not a distribution of property.
