    Would fees paid to a surrogate mother be reported on line 11 of Schedule C...

    as contract labor?

      no, I wouldn't consider that schedule c income, unlESS..... said mother is in the trade or
      business, e.g. available to the public for further inseminations.


      IOW, line 21, other income.
