Qualified Dividends

What makes dividends "qualified"? Specifically, if a shareholder of an LLC that is electing C-Corp status takes money out as a dividend is it automatically "qualified" or are there other factors?

Without quoting the entire CCH section, qualified dividends are dividends paid by a domestic corporation, or qualified foreign corporation out of accumulated earnings and profits, or earnings and profits of the current year. You have not posted anything that would lead me to believe these are not qualified dividends.
