    Rebate black hole

    I just finished a return for a married couple. He gets a pension from former employer but is not old enough for social security. They started a new business in 2007 and had a large loss from the business and it gives them an NOL. This means no taxable income.

    Since the pension is not social security, VA benefits, they won't get the stimulus money.
