    Amended form 2210

    For tax year 2006, when filling out form 2210, to figure out the penalty for underpayment of taxes, I should've checked Part II C "annualized income installment method", but didn't. That mistake cost me around half the penalty.

    So how do I submit an amended form 2210 to recover half the penalty that was payed? Thanks!
