    Child Care Credit

    Client spouse died in april 2007. He was a non working spouse who took care of the kids.
    After his passing Wife put the kid in a Day care center.

    My software is not allowing a credit for the child care

    Any thoughts .

    The spouse was disabled for 9 months. The instructions say "A spouse is considered to be disabled if he or she is not capable of self-care."
