    Indiana non-resident return...please help

My client was a AZ full year resident but employer made mistake and withheld some IN taxes. I tried to use AZ 309-R (credit for taxes paid in other state(s) and it seems all the states will work on the form except IN. ProSeries said IN tax credit must be taken on IN return. My tech support does not have a clue where to claim it on IN return.

    Please help

    File as Non-Resident for IN

I would file a non-resident return for IN showing no income earned in the state and claim a refund for the withholding and include a note that the taxpayer did not perform any services in IN and was not a resident of IN for any part of the year.
