    Sale of Home

    Client sold their home which was their house and 22 acres for 660,000. Nothing was allocated as this was a package deal. Will they get the 500,000 exclusion even though there is 22 acres involved?

    Yes, as long as it was a primary residence and all other qualifying tests are met.
