VA Disability Pension for Stimulus Payment

A client who received the above stated he has not filed in years.
If I now fill out a l040 for him..showing his VA Disab. Pension amt, where would I place the information? What line?
IRS Forms are for taxable incomes and . . .
Or do I actually believe the IRS and hope they are working CLOSELY with the VA, and not file for him at all?
    Thank you again.

    VA Benefits

The IRS has advised us to report such benefits on line 14a of Form 1040A.

He won't get the stimulus payment unless he files a tax return.

Use this example provided by IRS to fill out 1040A to report VA benefits. Only fill in lines that are not in the shaded areas.
