iv been ask to review a tax return for a friend prepared by another TP, his wife has a second income with Tupperware with a gross sale of 10,500 dollars, what puzzles me is that the TP deducted 2000 for insurance, 2000 for utilities and 2000 for telephone, claiming about 2000 loss after all is said and done, will this fly without a IN HOUSE OFFICE FORM....thanks for your input...jims.

I would hope that those are not the exact amount of expense items. 2000, 2000, 2000, 2000...... That flags an audit.Jiggers, EA
